Patriot to begin expansion of ROWS system at Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport test bed site

GULFPORT, MS - Patriot Technologies, under contract with the Federal Aviation Administration to further evaluate the ROWS technology at Gulfport- Biloxi International Airport (GPT), has been directed to expand the existing test bed prototype installation to additional sites on the airport. This marks a positive step forward for Patriot's vision of providing expanded surveillance capabilities to the GPT site. Preliminary design review will be held in January 2009.

NASA awards contract to Patriot Technologies

STENNIS SPACE CENTER - NASA has awarded a five-year, $7 million contract to Patriot Technologies of Diamondhead for administrative and clerical support services at Stennis Space Center. The contract calls for providing all personnel, materials, equipment and facilities for general office services, data management, and coordination of time and labor, property, training, information services and special events.

Patriot to begin testing of visible imaging sensors for ROWS™ system at Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport test bed site

GULFPORT, MS - Patriot Technologies, under contract with the Federal Aviation Administration to further evaluate the ROWS technology at Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport (GPT), will begin initial testing of both visible and infrared imaging sensors beginning July 2009. The visible sensors will be used to detect aircraft and vehicles in selected runway and taxiway zones on the airport movement area.

Patriot Technologies, LLC awarded contract by the Federal Aviation Administration to test and evaluate low-cost surveillance technologies at Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport

Patriot will provide systems engineering, technical assistance and project management services to the FAA in a concentrated effort to test a multitude of low-cost sensor and annunciator technologies at the Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport test bed site. The contract will also exploit the potential for cost-saving and capacity increasing potential for all tested technologies.

The Mississippi Development Authority, Minority and Small Business Development Division has certified Patriot Technologies, LLC as a Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE). The U.S. Small Business Administration has announced that Patriot Technologies, LLC, a Mississippi-based provider of safety and security systems integration and other information technology services, has been certified as a participant in its 8(a) Business Development program for a nine-year period. The certification will allow Patriot Technologies, LLC to receive business development assistance and to bid on contracts that are specifically for SBA 8(a) participants. Patriot Technologies, LLC plans to work closely with the SBA to firmly establish itself in the Federal market, and develop excellent long-term business relationships by offering its customers top quality services.

Patriot Graduate from MsET Business Incubator

JOHN C. STENNIS SPACE CENTER - After less than two years as a tenant, Patriot Technologies graduated from the MsET Business Incubator in April 2003. The company has successfully lobbied for funding to develop the Runway Occupancy Warning System (ROWS™) that will utilize traffic management technology to transmit air traffic controllers and pilots to prevent runway collisions.
