Systems Engineering - Intelligent Data Acquisition
Patriot strives to deliver innovative solutions from concept and design to end-of-life. Since 2004, Patriot has provided turnkey systems engineering services to the FAA to develop, install, and test a low-cost surface surveillance system at Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport in Gulfport, MS. The ROWS™ system engineering strategy includes elements from each of the following major process areas:


- Requirements and Needs Analysis – system engineering feasibility studies, operational concepts, and requirements definitions.
- Architecture – key technology and design issues, system architecture and interface requirements that will serve as the basis for the system design
- Development and Integration – design, develop and integrate each element into a viable system prototype.
- System Test and Evaluation – develop an evaluation strategy and test procedures to determine the extent/degree of compliance with the system requirements and performance metrics.
- Quality Assurance and Management – provide the necessary process compliance, quality and records of prototype project results/performance.
- Configuration Management – establish and maintain the integrity of all products and to maintain configuration control over prototype development alternatives/options.

Project Management
Since 2001, Patriot has provided Program Management (PM) support for the FFA, NASA, and FEMA. Our capabilities reflect a wide range of PM skills and program experience, particularly in the critical areas of technical performance, cost, and schedule.

Disaster Recovery - Operation Blue Roof
Patriot participated in hurricane Katrina recovery efforts through its involvement in the Federal Emergency Management Agency ( FEMA's Operation Blue Roof Project *). Patriot provided subcontracting services to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to install temporary blue roofing in affected counties in southern Mississippi. Patriot delivered prompt and high-quality service through an effective management strategy that coordinated and managed multiple roofing crews, accurate tracking of Right of Entry (ROE) permits, logistics management and support, and inventory control.
